1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by National Crypto Helpline, registered at Bahnhofstrasse 100, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland. By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms in accordance with applicable European Union law and Swiss federal law.
2. Services
We provide forensic blockchain investigation, evidence gathering, and strategic asset recovery consultation services. The initial case assessment is provided free of charge. Subsequent services are subject to a formal agreement and fees determined by case complexity.
3. No Guarantee of Outcome
We do not guarantee the recovery of any funds. Recovery outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control, including the type of fraud, time elapsed, jurisdictional complexities, and cooperation of third parties. Any assessment or estimate provided is preliminary and non-binding.
4. Consumer Rights (EU)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from any paid service agreement within 14 days of signing without providing any reason. This withdrawal right does not apply to free assessment services.
5. Confidentiality
All information shared with us is treated as strictly confidential. We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with every client before commencing paid services. Your case details will never be shared with third parties without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable EU and Swiss law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount of fees actually paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr) or, if unresolved, through the competent courts of Zurich, Switzerland, applying Swiss law with due regard to mandatory EU consumer protection provisions.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
